As I worked with Cristen to plan her upcoming 30th birthday in Newport Coast, I was struggling with a theme as she didn't want the typical "dirty, flirty, thirty...etc", and who can blame her? Definitely not outside the birthday box. So in a twist on 30th ideas, I decided to focus on the fact she was saying Bye Felicia to her 20's. Milestone events (birthdays, anniversaries, and showers) are my favorite because they are more personal and allow for so many more thoughtful details. Cristen "kissed" her twenties goodbye but I am sure her 30's will be just as fabulous! Though, I wouldn't know - as I am "Forever 29". ;) xox SMJ
